✦ Role SummaryThe Product Operations team analyzes product metrics to optimize features, enhance user engagement, and drive conversion and revenue.
This role will propose revenue-generating ideas, coordinate product rollouts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, native cantonese speaker, and collaborative, with a strong interest in the online streaming or mobile industry.
As part of the Product Operations team and reporting to the Global Product Operations Director, the Product Operations Specialist/Manager will be responsible for optimizing live product features, launching rollout plans, executing product marketing and live events, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining digital product operations — with a primary focus on the Hong Kong market.We are currently hiring for Product Operation Specialist/Manager to join us, and you:
✶ Will take ownership of digital live features, feature rollout plans, live events development and launch
✶ Will setup using web tools to configure live operations
✶ Will make data-driven decisions to hit KPI targets
✶ Will be the point of contact between multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced online environment, including product managers, engineering, analytics, and marketing✦ Key Responsibilities
➢Monitor and analyze day-to-day metrics to identify opportunities to improve monetization and revenue from an application perspective
➢Partner with product and marketing teams to implement and optimize features/online campaigns that increase paying user conversion and the number of paid users
➢Develop, test, and optimize live streaming and features to improve conversion and retention of paying users
➢Coordinate execution of product feature rollout across global operations teams✦ Requirements
❊ Native proficiency in Cantonese is required
❊ Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in international and cross-cultural settings
❊ Minimum 2+ years working experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Product Operations Manager
❊ Hands-on experience in launching digital products or live campaigns
❊ Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and online feature deployment
❊ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
❊ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights, adept at report writing and presenting findings
❊ Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level)
❊ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
❊ Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams✦ Nice to have:
❊ International work experience
❊ Experience in online streaming, mobile, or online gaming industry
❊ Knowledge of user behavior in Hong Kong and/or Taiwan's digital ecosystem
