分享職務說明 / Key Responsibilities專注於無線網路通訊設備的研發。在全球 200 多個國家設有據點，出貨量超過 7,000 萬台設備。台灣為其最重要的研發總部，涵蓋產品設計、軟硬體開發、AI 研發等，研發人員比例高達 80%。Responsibilities:

Develop suppliers per business requirement with cross functions
Negotiate with suppliers for master purchasing contract.
Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction based on cost analysis, demand, market data , push back cost increase from suppliers.
Drive cost reduction opportunity with engineering team, lead VA/VE projects
Cooperate with quality team for supplier quality improvement and RMA issue
Support material team for supplier delivery pull in
Identifies risks, opportunities and lowest performing suppliers. Implement corrective action to mitigate risk and prevent/control emerging problems.
