1. 領導軟體工程師以及內部和外包開發合作夥伴，負責複雜產品和平台的設計和開發的所有階段，包括解決方案設計、分析、編碼、測試和整合。
2. 管理和擴展與內部和外包開發合作夥伴在軟體系統設計和開發方面的關係。
3. 審查和評估設計和專案活動是否符合系統設計和開發指南和標準； 提供切實的回饋以提高產品品質並降低失敗風險。
4. 為跨組織專案、計劃和活動提供特定領域的專業知識和整體軟體系統領導力和視角。
5. 推動創新並將新技術整合到軟體系統設計組織的專案和活動中。
6. 為經驗不足的員工提供指導和輔導。1. Leads software engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all
stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design,
analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
2. Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on
software systems design and development.
3. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design
and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality
and mitigate failure risk.
4. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to
cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
5. Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the
software systems design organization.

2. 擁有 3 年以上針對行動或 PC 裝置上的 SW 應用程式的 React Native GUI 開發經驗。
3. 對多種軟體系統設計工具和語言有豐富的經驗。
4. 優秀的分析和解決問題的能力。
5. 產品和解決方案的軟體系統整體架構經驗。
6. 平台開發和優先設定方面的經驗，驅動根本原因和解決方案的能力。
