  • 在複雜的臨床環境擁有與關鍵利益者交流之經歷,例如中階及高階醫療專業人員、主要客戶和醫療界。
  • 與多位有影響力的參與者/決策者能有效率影響相關關係者之決策過程且創造價值的紀錄。
