  • A&P, P&L, ATL (TVC, KOLs), BTL management.
  • Collect market insights and analyze market trend.
  • Better with NPD experience and develop brand/product 3-5 year marketing plan.
  • Develop marketing campaign and monitor/work with external agencies.
  • Review and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Evaluate and identify new product opportunity, product concept development and product launch plan/preparation.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and sales.
Experience
  • Education: bachelor+ in Marketing, Public relations, Communications, Business management, Nutrition or Food science
  • 10+ years FMCG marketing experience (Food/Beverage/Chilled category preferred)
  • Strong in numbers, strategic thinking, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong finance and P&L knowledge
  • Lead team to achieve assigned category goal
  • Internal and external cross-team communication experiences.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
