- Collect market insights and analyze market trend.
- Better with NPD experience and develop brand/product 3-5 year marketing plan.
- Develop marketing campaign and monitor/work with external agencies.
- Review and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Evaluate and identify new product opportunity, product concept development and product launch plan/preparation.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and sales.
- Education: bachelor+ in Marketing, Public relations, Communications, Business management, Nutrition or Food science
- 10+ years FMCG marketing experience (Food/Beverage/Chilled category preferred)
- Strong in numbers, strategic thinking, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong finance and P&L knowledge
- Lead team to achieve assigned category goal
- Internal and external cross-team communication experiences.
- Fluent in Chinese and English
