Location: Taipei, TaiwanRole Overview
Provide comprehensive Human Resources support to all business functions, ensuring the effective execution of corporate HR policies, processes, and practices. Act as a strategic Business Partner by participating in business processes and decision-making to drive sustainable organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee HR operations across Taiwan, India, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and Macau regions.Lead the communication and implementation of corporate HR strategies, policies, and programs.Partner with site management teams to identify HR needs, recommend effective solutions, and support organizational growth. Provide guidance to management and employees on organization development, career development, performance management, legal compliance, and employee relations.Deliver timely and effective HR services in ER, recruitment, and training & development.Promote cultural values by developing and executing training, recognition, and employee engagement programs.Ensure effective communication across the organization through multiple channels, supporting company strategy deployment and enhancing employee engagement.Continuously benchmark internal and external HR best practices, monitor labor law changes, and recommend/implement appropriate HR programs and policies.Ensure compliance with audit standards, labor laws, and government regulations.Oversee administrative services to maintain a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment.Lead and support the development of the HR team, including assessing, training, and coaching HR professionals to build a capable and high-performing team.Job Requirement:- 8+ of HR working experience, especially in talent recruiting and training
- Strong knowledge and competencies in recruitment & people development
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
